Pieces may be returned within fourteen days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging.
Condition
Unworn, with all tags, in the original tissue and envelope. Hand-rolled edges must be intact.
Bespoke pieces
Commissioned and monogrammed pieces are not eligible for return. Exchange may be offered at the Atelier's discretion.
Method
Email Martin@a-artiler.com with your order number. A pre-paid label will be issued for UK and EU returns.
Refund
Issued to the original payment method within seven working days of inspection.
